Exterior Stucco Applications

Ulta Cosmetics, Tanforan Shopping Center, San Bruno, CA. Our company was one of many who help rebuild Tanforan Shopping Center in the Fall of 2005. This project was completed on a "fast track" schedule and had to be ready for the Christmas shopping season. La Paz Plastering delivered the store, lathing to finish coat in less than 18 days, including cure times. General contractor: Tri-River Construction and Design, Pittsburgh, PA. |

New Construction, Woodside, CA. This project has recently been sprayed with Dryvit Color prime to prepare the project for Dryvit finish coat.
Commercial Alteration, Belbian Day Spa, San Mateo, CA.
This project is an alteration to a commercial space. A decorative
arch is assembled on the ground before application over the leveling or "brown
coat" of stucco. Exterior Stucco is a mixture of Portland Cement and
sand.
Commercial Alteration, Belbian Day Spa, San Mateo, CA. After installation of the foam arch, the plastering crew applies a Dryvit DPR finish. The finish is colored in the factory to assure consistency and ease of application. Two colors where selected by the project engineer for both the wall and the arch.
Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, San Francisco, CA.
The entry way of this church suffered sever water damage and was experiencing
dry-rot decay under the existing stucco. The existing stucco was removed
and replaced with lathing and new stucco. The finish coat was a
sprayed-on "dash" application with La Habra stucco.
New Construction, Diablo Valley, CA. This custom home is
newly constructed . Our contract included lathing, stucco and
finish. The building is finished with Dryvit Freestyle DPR. The
architect desired a "smooth" affect and a Spanish Colonial motif.
Beautification and Restoration, San Francisco, CA.
The existing stucco on this building was severely cracked and wavy. The
building was skimmed with a layer of Portland Cement stucco and finished with
Dryvit DPR Sandblast finish.
Remodel and Addition, San Francisco, CA. This building was
reconstructed and had all of the existing stucco replaced with lathing, stucco
and finish. The owner was from Belgium and wanted a European "old world"
feel to her new home. We found a finish to satisfy her taste. The
finish is imported from France and based on European formulas. Finish is
French Provincial Stucco by Cool Stone.
